If your message is about a specific guide, include the page URL so we can find it without searching. We answer within one business day, and usually sooner. For corrections, tell us what is wrong and what the correct figure or fact should be, with a source we can check.

It is a chat line for brief questions only: we do not provide emergency incident response, review your codebase, or deliver paid consulting through it.

Corrections: the exact URL, what is wrong and a source for the right answer. Guide questions: the page, your setup and what you have already tried. Partnerships: your site, the audience and a short proposal.
We cannot answer every pitch, but we do read them all. If you have not heard back within two weeks, feel free to follow up once. Please do not send the same pitch to multiple editors at the same time.
